Android is considered to be the best platform for mobiles as it provides easy way to enjoy apps with fast browsing. Apps market is full of entertaining apps but some apps got banned. The reason could be visible or diminished from consumers and customers but the following Apps get blacklisted and that's for sure!. They
may not be available for downloading anymore.

The only thing you have to do is to download the app on the others phone, the apps run without notice as it is totally spying app having no icon or something! The incoming messages on other phone will be received in your phone :) Hahaha =D
